Since 2002 the wine-making activities at the Obermairlhof estate in Chiusa have followed the principles of biodynamic farming. It requires that wine-makers use all the available resources of nature in agricultural activities without resorting to chemistry, physics and technology in excess. Nature provides farmers everything they need to grow health foodstuffs while preserving the environment.
