After the late harvest of Gewürztraminer in December 2011, we let the grapes dry in little boxes.

At the end of January 2012 we pressed out the juice which is now fermenting in a little oak barrel.

 

verarbeitung Süßwein

The aging will be than in the wood barrel and the maturation for a couple of years in the bottle.
